Nuestra historia es una historia de personas e ilusiones, que con esfuerzo
se materializan en realidades. Como la realidad de pasar de una dedicación
exclusiva a la música festera en las calles de pueblos y ciudades a
la actual formación de una pequeña Banda, con la única aspiración de
hacer lo que nos gusta y hacerlo lo mejor que podamos.

BASES FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL BANDAS DE MUSICA
"CIUDAD DE TORREVIEJA"

ORGANIZA: Banda de música"Ciudad de Torrevieja"
LOS SALEROSOS
1.- Las bandas de musica participantes, serán de un máximo de
70 personas..
2.- El viaje hasta Torrevieja, ó hasta el aeropuerto más próximo, será a cargo de la banda de musica participante en el festival.
3.-La organización, se hará cargo del alojamiento completo como máximo 3 noches.
4.- Se le pagara los gastos de alojamiento, a un responsable de la banda que no sea músico.
5.- Se le pagara los gastos de alojamiento, a un responsable de la ciudad que nos visita.
6.- Se le pagara los gastos de alojamiento, a los choferes de autobús, y transporte de instrumentos.
7.- Cada banda de música, está obligada a actuar un minimo de:
1 concierto de 90’, con un descanso de 15 minutos en solitario.
1 concierto de 45’ compartido con otra banda de musica.
8.- Se procurará no repetir el repertorio de los distintos conciertos.
9.- En cada actuación, si es posible, se iniciara con un desfile o marcha, desde la plaza del ayuntamiento, hasta el lugar del concierto, aproximadamente 250 metros.
10.- La indumentaria de la banda, será el uniforme completo, pudiendo utilizar trajes típicos del pais.
11.-Todo el instrumental de percusión lo facilitara la organización del festival.
12,- La organización podrá organizar opcionalmente, visitas a los distintos museos de nuestra ciudad.
13.- En caso de que la banda quiera permanecer mas dias en la ciudad, o traer mas acompañantes, la organización les gestionará
unos buenos precios en el mismo hotel, donde se aloje la banda.

INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF BANDS – TORREVIEJA
During the last weekend of August, 2010, Torrevieja will celebrate the fourth annual international festival of bands. In previous events, we have had the pleasure of receiving bands from such places as Italy, Ireland or Great Britain who have shared the concert stage with the organisers, Torrevieja band, 'Los Salerosos’ (see www.salerosos.com).
We would like to take this opportunity of inviting your band to participate in this, the fourth edition. We would provide:
Bus transport to and from the airport (both Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports are close by).
A bus at the disposition of your band throughout the time of your stay including an organised excursion to local places of interest.
Full board in the three star ‘Aparthotel Cabo Cervera’.
The opportunity to enjoy a summer weekend in our town in company with other musicians from different parts.
You would be required to arrange your own transport to Spain.
Torrevieja is situated on the southern Costa Blanca, within the province of Alicante. It is very much a tourist resort where, during the summer months, visitirs arrive from all over Spain and particularly northern Europe. However, our cosmopolitan town is represented by residents of no less that around 140 distiinct nationalities. Our culture is very much rooted in music and each year we celebtrate such musical events as the ‘International Habaneras & Poliphonia Competition’ (which attracts some of the world’s best choirs representing all five continents), the ‘Santa Cecilia’ celebrations in November or the ‘International Festival of Bands’ (Organised by ‘Los Salerosos’).
Should your band consider accepting this invitation, we would expect you to perform in public on three occasions as part of the festival. In previous years, the event has proved extemely popular with audiences of around 2,000 people attending the open air concerts.

BASES EN ALEMAN
BEDINGUNGEN DES MUSIKFESTIVALS "CUIDAD DE TORREVIEJA"
ORGANISATOR: Musikverein "CIUDAD DE TORREVIEJA "LOS SALEROSOS "2010"
1. - Die maximale Teilnehmeranzahl pro Musikverein wird auf 70 Personen beschränkt.
2. - Die Kosten der Anreise nach Torrevieja,oder zum nächstliegenden Flughafen, muss von jedem Musikverein selbst getragen werden.
3. - Die Organisation übernimmt die Übernachtungskosten von maximal 3 Übernachtungen
4. - Die Organisation übernimmt die Übernachtungskosten des Leiters des Musikvereines, wenn er/sie nicht ALS Musiker/in teilnimmt.
5.- .- Die Organisation übernimmt die Übernachtungskosten des Stadt/Ortsvertreters , dessen Musikverein am Festival teilnimmt.
6.- Es werden Kosten für Übernachtungen, Busfahrer und Transport von Musikinstrumenten übernommen.
7. - Die Mindesteilanahme jedes Musikvereines wird wie folgt festgelegt:
Ein Konzert von 90 Minuten mit einer Pause von 15 Minuten
Ein Konzert von 45 Minuten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Musikvereinen.
8. - Das Repertoire sollte in den Konzerten nicht wiederholt werden.
9. - Jeder Auftritt beginnt –insoweit möglich- mit einem Marsch vom Rathausplatz bi’s zur Konzerthalle in ca 250 m Entfernung.
10. - Jeder Musikverein sollte seine Uniform Oder typsiche landeseigene Trachten tragen.
11. - Trommeln etc. werden von der Organization zur Verfügung gestellt.
12. - Die Organisation wird verschiedene Besichtungen von unseren städtischen Museen organisieren.
13. - Für die Musikvereine, die sich noch länger in unser Stadt aufhalten möchten Oder Besucher mitbringen möchten, kann die Organisation Hotelzimmer zu vernünftigen Preisen im gleichen Hotel anfordern.
Die Organisation behält sich das Recht diese Bedingungen zu ändern.
